Putting up shelves, curtain rails, curtain poles, mirrors and pictures. Include the item’s size and weight if known. Heavy items and unusual mounting surfaces need a provider’s assessment before the job is confirmed.
Send the wall, not just the item
A wide photo shows where the item will go; a close-up helps show the surface. Include measurements, existing holes and any fittings supplied with the product. Don’t worry if you don’t know the wall material—say so, and the provider can tell us what needs checking.
Renting in Cihangir, Çukurcuma or Galata?
Check with your landlord or building manager before drilling where permission is needed. Tell us about fragile plaster, tiles, decorative details or restrictions in your particular apartment. We can pass these details on before anyone visits.
Agree the fittings and finish
Confirm whether the quote includes brackets, screws and wall plugs, who supplies the rail or shelf, and whether filling old holes is part of the work. Final mounting suitability may need to be checked in person.
